– Rates quoted are for twin occupancy and include full breakfast, which is served at our restaurant.
– Breakfast includes:A pot of tea/coffee, toast with butter, jam/marmalade, juice, eggs to order or vegetarian breakfast and fresh fruit of the day.
– The vegetarian breakfast will differ from day to day (aloo paratha with yoghurt, puri bhaji or other vegetarian delicacies).
– Our facilities available at Cavala are:Swimming pool, which is located at our very own Banana Republic, which is right across the road from Cavala and is open from 9 am to 7 pm for all our in-house guests.
– 24 hour generator is available
– We have live bands at our restaurant playing either retro, Latin jazz or acoustic music on most evenings.
– Table reservations for the same must be made directly at the restaurant.
– Reservations are confirmed on receipt of 100% room charges in advance.
– Payments to be made by Credit or Debit Card – Visa or Master.
– Luxury Tax & Service are as applicable depending on the revision in Govt. taxes.
– Check-in 1.00 p.m. Check-out 12.00 noon.

Cancellation policy:
– For any cancellation of bookings done there is no refund, credit note with a validity period will be issued which can be availed or also extended to friends & family
– For any cancellations of bookings done less than 3 days, to the date of arrival, the booking advance of 100% payment made at the time of booking will be forfeited.
–No refund for bookings made during Christmas& New Years & Long Weekends

Refund
– If any will be made via crossed cheque in the name of the person in whose name the booking has been registered only and posted to his/her address.
